Policies for Specific Scenarios
  • Damaged Product/Package: In the event of receiving damaged supplements, we are committed to promptly replacing the product. We kindly request customers to record an opening video displaying the damaged supplement, including the product’s batch number and packaging received. This video will aid us in ensuring a quick resolution.
  • Order Cancellation after Shipping (Prepaid Orders): Customers wishing to cancel orders after shipping must contact our customer care at —-. Once confirmed, the product will be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin). Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned product, with clients receiving their refunds within 3 to 4 working days.
  • Order Cancellation after Delivery (Prepaid Orders): Clients must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order to cancel it. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method used.
  • Dispute Regarding Delivery Status: If a client reports non-delivery while our system indicates delivery, we initiate an investigation with our courier partners upon notification within 3 days of delivery. This investigation typically takes 6 to 10 days. Upon completion, a decision will be made regarding the matter.
